Another make it yourself market staple!
Cream of Chicken Soup
4 cups powdered milk
1 and ½ cups cornstarch or arrowroot powder
½ cup chicken bouillon powder
4 tsp onion powder
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
To make cream of anything:
Over low heat add 1 cup milks or water and ⅓ cup dry mix, whisking until smooth and thickened
Cream of broccoli? Add ½ cup finely chopped broccoli
Cream of cheddar? Add ½ cup shredded cheddar
Cream of chicken? Add ½ cup finely chopped cooked chicken, etc. etc.
