Lavender Carpet Freshener Recipe

 

Ingredients

1 cup baking soda

3/4 lavender flowers/buds 

10 - 15 drops lavender oil 

 

Materials

Bowl

Spoon

Shaking container (like empty parm cheese shaker) 

 

Process 

1. In the bowl, mix baking soda with lavender flowers and oil.  

2. Stir the mixture with spoon until combined.  

3. Pour the mixture into the shaker container. 

4. Sprinkle the mixture into your carpet and let sit for 15 minutes. 

5. After 15 minutes, vacuum the carpet and mixture.
